Initially, over 1,500 organizations were identified based on the announced 500 lists in Turkey, publicly traded companies, conglomerates, and applications submitted to the research. Over a thousand organizations with significant revenue, assets, employee counts, and sectoral reputation were included in the study. Senior HR leaders from these organizations were reached, and their performance, work experience, and adaptation to the evolving HR function were assessed through a series of questions. After a comprehensive analysis by the Advisory Board, the top 50 most influential CHROs in Turkey were determined based on their standout performances, and the final list was established following voting and evaluations.
