A graduate of Boğaziçi University in Economics, she started her career in 1999 in the HR team at Unilever Turkey. After serving as the HR Director for Sales/Marketing in the NAMETRUB Region at Unilever from 2014-2018, she led the HR department at Eczacıbaşı Building Products Group from 2018-2022. Since May 2022, she has been serving as the HR Director of Mey Diageo. She is also a Gestalt coach and a member of the Sales Network platform.
