Fast Company Türkiye’s Leadership Gathering brought together human resources executives for a special breakfast event held in collaboration with Datassist. The participating leaders shared the differences they’ve made and their plans for 2025.

“As a company, we are undergoing a transformation. Talent management holds a significant place in our agenda as we develop our annual business plans. Culture and competency development are also key priorities. To cultivate leadership, we evaluate our leadership team, exploring questions like: Where do their competencies stand in the market? How can they prepare for higher positions or roles? Based on this, we create personalized development plans.

So far, we have included all team managers in leadership programs, aiming to transparently and thoroughly explain and share HR tools with them. Digitalization is on everyone’s agenda, including ours. We aim to digitize our processes while enhancing the digital competencies of our employees.

We frequently discuss the human and cultural aspects of digital transformation. In HR, we are solving routine processes with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to create more meaningful work for our employees. As a company, we focus on leadership development, succession planning for managers, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
