PSM Workshop, which we launched in 2021, produced 26 graduates with 10 plays in the first year. This year, we have 24 students and 8 plays. I would like to express my thanks particularly to Mey Diageo, who provided great support to PSM Workshop this year for staging of these valuable plays and helped our young students produce in the field of theater. They make regular investments for the development of theater. This year, they provided support to our PSM Workshop project. Our workshop project gave us the opportunity to meet talented writers, directors and producers, and now it is time to introduce them to the industry. The need for shaping a new-generation network in the culture & arts industry by bringing experienced figures together with young talents is great. Our efforts to introduce our young friends to the culture&arts industry will continue determinedly.".

PSM Workshop is important to us for two reasons: Firstly, It is "new" (yeni)! It bears the name of our most valuable brand and heritage. There could not be another brand that better suits to a project that helps "new" talents. And secondly, we address sustainability with a holistic approach. Our sustainability report includes an "art" section. To us, this project is an initiative that is important for the sustainability of art in our country."
