Ozlem Yesildere has been appointed as the Finance and Digital Transformation Director

Ozlem Yesildere has been appointed as the Finance and Digital Transformation Director at Mey Diageo, the leading spirits producer in investment, employment and exports in Türkiye since its establishment in 2004.

After graduating from the Department of Industrial Engineering of Bogazici University, Ozlem Yesildere had her master's degree in Business Economics at Manchester University.

Starting her career at Procter & Gamble in 1994, Yesildere held several critical managerial positions in Türkiye and Europe, in operations and finance, throughout her career at this company. After joining Philips in 2011, she simultaneously served as CFO of the Middle East region, covering 15 countries and 4 offices, in addition to the operations across Türkiye. Yesildere also played an important role in the development and effective implementation of strategies for the region.

Leading the 360-degree transformation at Mobiliz Information Communication Technologies, where she served as CEO, Yesildere was the Deputy General Manager, Retailing Finance and Strategy, at Koton, since 2017.

Yesildere, who is currently the Chairwoman of the Board of Re-Biz, which is committed to increasing the active participation of women in business life, mentors and coaches women, young people and professionals on the journey of change in this respect.
