Milliyet Executive /The Business World Has Made Significant Transfers

With a new appointment to the Mey Diageo Leadership Team, Osman Albora has been named the new Marketing Director of the company.

With over 22 years of experience in marketing, Osman Albora has been leading the development and execution of Mey Diageo's marketing strategies since July 1, 2024. In this role, he will also serve as a member of Diageo's Global Marketing Leadership Team.

A graduate of Koç University with degrees in Business Administration and Economics, Albora began his career in 2002 as an Assistant Treasury Manager at Yapı Kredi. From 2003 to 2007, he worked at P&G Turkey as Assistant Brand Manager and later as Senior Assistant Brand Manager. Between 2012 and 2013, Albora served as Marketing Director at Johnson & Johnson, and from 2013 to 2019, he held leadership roles in the marketing and sales functions at Unilever Turkey and Unilever United Arab Emirates. From 2019 to 2022, he worked as General Manager of Mobile at Samsung UAE. Prior to joining Mey Diageo, Albora led marketing activities in the Eurasia and Middle East region as Senior Category Director at The Coca-Cola Company’s Dubai office from 2022 to 2023. He was later promoted to Senior Category Director for Eurasia and the Middle East, continuing to oversee marketing efforts for the region.
