After the CEO Council and the Young Owners Forum, we are adding new platforms to bring together company leaders. The newly established Talent Council, chaired by Sani Şener, CEO of TAV Construction, gathers HR leaders (Directors, Deputy General Managers) from leading companies. The aim of this new formation is to enhance relationships with the CEO Council and contribute to gaining experience through special events, research/surveys, awards, and events outside of Istanbul. WHO CAN JOIN?

The Talent Council primarily welcomes marketing leaders from Turkey’s 500 largest companies, banks, insurance, and financial institutions. We invite HR Directors, Deputy General Managers, and HR Presidents from these organizations. Criteria may be updated based on members’ suggestions in the future.

One of Turkey’s leading business figures, Sani Şener, Chairman of TAV Construction, will serve as the President of the Talent Council in the new term.
